Roca Patrón Añejo is expertly handcrafted from premium 100% Weber Blue Agave at Hacienda Patrón distillery. The agave is baked for 79 hours in small brick ovens, pressed by a two-ton volcanic stone tahona wheel, and then fermented and distilled using its own fibers. After aging for fourteen months in American whiskey barrels, Roca Patrón Añejo is finished at 88 proof, resulting in a sweet and slightly earthy flavor. As always, Patrón Tequila remains Additive-Free, reflecting our unwavering dedication to traditional craftsmanship, authenticity, and integrity.
